This agreement is a legal contract between you and Apple VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').
By downloading or using the App, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this agreement. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code from, translate, or create derivative versions of the App or its associated marks without authorization. Intellectual property rights in the App belong to the Service Provider or its licensors. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees and will communicate material changes appropriately. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking, rooting, or installing untrusted system components may cause application errors or security risks.
This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.
Service limitations: The App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. The Service Provider is not responsible for service unavailability caused by unpaid carrier bills, data limits, weak signals, system settings, or third-party platform policies. Mobile data charges may apply outside Wi-Fi, and roaming charges are your responsibility when using the App outside your country of origin. Before using the App, ensure you have permission from the bill payer.
Users are responsible for their own use of the Service. For example, inability to access the Service due to battery depletion, system restrictions, or misconfiguration is not compensable. We try to provide accurate routing and node information, but some data may come from third-party partners, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from it. The App may release updates for compatibility and security, and you agree to install newer versions when necessary. The Service Provider may suspend or terminate the Service within reasonable limits; after termination, you must stop using and delete the App.
