This Privacy Policy explains how the mobile application provided by Apple VPN (the 'App', 'Service', or 'we') handles personal information. We collect, use, retain, and protect necessary data as described here so users can understand our processing practices.

When you download, launch, or use the App, the system may collect operational data needed to maintain the Service, including your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access paths, connection diagnostics, and session duration. To recommend nodes and improve routing, we may process approximate location information. This information is used for: 1. Location and node recommendations based on Apple VPN's network; 2. Performance optimization through anonymized aggregate quality data; 3. Service communication, such as account notices, security updates, or important operational messages sent through your reserved email or username.

We only share aggregated or anonymized data with necessary third-party partners, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, statistics, and feature improvement. Except in these cases, we do not share personal information with third parties: 1. Compliance with legal process or regulatory requirements; 2. Protection of users, the Service, or public safety; 3. Cooperation with service providers bound by confidentiality obligations for necessary operations. To stop collection, uninstall the App using the standard process on your device.

User-provided data is retained during the service period and for a reasonable retention period afterward. To cancel your account or request profile deletion, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from that group. If such data is discovered, we will take steps to delete it. We use physical, electronic, and administrative measures to reduce unauthorized access risks.

This Privacy Policy may be updated due to regulatory requirements, product changes, or operational needs. You should review this page periodically.
